2.4 we1win3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and address at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we1win3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, shall be your sole responsibility. we1win3 shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.1 All funds deposited to and withdrawn from the we1win3 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.

4.3 we1win3 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements outlined in clause 2.4. we1win3 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of approval, though actual timing may vary depending on payment service provider availability. we1win3 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests.
4.5 we1win3 reserves the right to request the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability.
5.1 All bets placed on the we1win3 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino games, sportsbook, Mix Parlay, slots). These rules are displayed within each game or betting section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform are final. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their bet selections, including match selection, odds, and stake, prior to confirmation.
5.3 we1win3 reserves the right to void, cancel, or correct any bet where there is evidence of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game data; where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach a determinable conclusion as defined under applicable game rules.
5.4 Maximum and minimum bet limits apply across all products and may be adjusted by we1win3 without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits prior to placing any wager.
5.5 Live in-play betting markets at the we1win3 Sportsbook are subject to suspension during critical game moments (goals, penalties, timeouts). Bets submitted during a suspension period will either be rejected or processed subject to updated odds at the discretion of the Platform.
6.1 we1win3 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other incentive schemes to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Players should review the wagering requirements of each promotion before accepting bonus funds.
6.3 Bonus funds and real money funds may be held as separate balances within a Player's Wallet. The order in which funds are wagered (real money first or bonus funds first) will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Players who are found to have exploited promotional structures in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated bet hedging, may have associated bonuses forfeited and their Accounts suspended.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content.
10.1 The we1win3 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. we1win3 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors in game software, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we1win3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings arising from a platform outage or technical error, unless such error is directly attributable to the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of we1win3.
10.3 In the event of a technical error that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, we1win3 reserves the right to correct such errors and to void any transactions that occurred as a result of the erroneous display, regardless of whether funds have already been credited or debited.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit we1win3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 we1win3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where a more immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or licensing requirements.
11.2 Your continued use of the we1win3 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining Wallet balance.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under we1win3's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
